Not sure if this is old or new..but there are a few stardesigns that are for non superstars! One is actually for 1 stardollar!:D So if you are a non superstar then you could play the Play & Earn game, design a dress, and buy 5 dresses! 
Seems as if stardoll is getting generous! :O

Yeah the bathing suit and scarf has always been that way. But the dress for 1 sd is new =]
