If you search DKNY in the search tab in the Starplaza you'll find the New Years Dress! I thought it would only be on sale New Years Eve and New Years Day!
The strange thing is that it can be sold in the Star Bazaar, like AppleBlossom00 said.Odd. Well, if you thought you'd missed out, you're in luck!
